Rolento

Rolento is a Singaporean professional photographer and video content producer based in Tokyo, with over two decades of experience behind the lens.

Born in Taiwan and grew up in Singapore, Rolento began his photography journey in 2001 before relocating to Shanghai in 2004, where he spent 16 years building his craft and clientele across one of Asia's most dynamic creative markets. Since 2020 he has been based in Tokyo, bringing his signature eye to Japan's rich visual landscape.

His work spans fashion, architecture, events, documentary, still life, and social media content — serving a diverse range of clients including independent fashion designers, online retailers, interior designers, construction companies, architects, PR companies, and influencers.

What defines Rolento's approach is his mastery of light — crafting scenes that feel both striking and natural, where every shot looks considered but never forced.
