Tokyo Affordable A5 Wagyu Beef Buffet

Went to this restaurant in June but only managed to remember to post it now.

Tokyo is not a cheap place to stay in, but occasionally, if you look hard enough, there are some places that gives you more value for your dollar, like this Wagyu beef restaurant with its wagyu beef buffet

Cheap seafood in Tokyo Ginza

In the past, whenever i hear “Ginza”, I will always associate it with “pricey”. Someone even once tells me its where rich people in Japan go shopping. I do like Ginza for its architecture and its unique vibe, but now I am also convinced it has some really affordable and yet nice restaurants.

On the same day I had the “Ninja Ice”, google food review expert, Cloudia, brought us to this japanese seafood restaurant not far away. I thought the price is really reasonable, if not, cheap for a restaurant in Ginza.

Watch the video and let me know if you think it is cheap.

Japan NINJA ICE! ICE invisible under water!

Last week, in a very random meeting with Sake Lover’s Inc’s founder, Kyoko Nagano, I got to know a singaporean female photographer cum videographer cum TV host, Ciel, the following is her facebook.

https://www.facebook.com/ciel.bei

On the same day, Ciel introduced me to another awesome person who had one of the highest views in Japan on her google food reviews, Cloudia. The following is the link to her food reviews

Cloudia brought us to this bar, where i first saw the so called “Ninja Ice”.

At first, I am not so sure if I want to go to this bar because I am not actually a regular alcohol drinker, and I am concerned i might spoil the fun for alcohol lovers. Somehow eventually, i went with them and I am glad i did!

As a photographer and videographer, i believed 80% of the things in the world needs to be seen to be believed. And this Ninja Ice is definitely something needs to be seen to believe the power of ice made of 100% purity water.

There is a cover charge of about 1000 YEN, and any of the Ninja Ice drink costs around 1400 YEN.

If you want to experience the magic of “Ninja Ice”, this is really money well spent.

Japan's biggest Doraemon?

Last weekend, there was a event with the most and the biggest Doraemon in Roppongi.

Despite it being one of the oldest comic character in Japan, Doraemon is still very popular among the ages in Japan.

In the video below, you can even see a couple bringing their pet dog to take photo with Doraemon.

Tokyo Omotesando Summer festival dance parade 28th August 2022

Last weekend, the whole omotesande street was closed to allow many dance groups to dance on the road.

There were easily 50 or more dance groups all dancing to different kinds of songs. It is a little weird though they only allow spectators to watch on the side where there are small bushes blocking.

The other side of the road, where we can get a closer and better view, people are not allowed to stop and watch; they have to keep moving.

I managed to take some footages on both sides, hope you like it.
