Japan Photographer
Rolento is a Japan-based photographer and video producer. Available for shoots across the country, Rolento works from Tokyo and Osaka to Kyoto, Yokohama, and beyond. With over 20 years of experience in fashion, commercial, and lifestyle photography, Rolento has worked with international brands including Nike, L’Oréal, and Charles Jourdan. As a result, every location gets the same distinctive, lighting-driven style.
Working as a Japan photographer means adapting to different cities, seasons, and settings. It means capturing the neon backdrops of Tokyo one week and the historic streets of Kyoto the next. Because Rolento’s portfolio spans this range, clients get a single point of contact for productions that move beyond one city.

Rolento — Japan Photographer for Multi-City Campaigns
Rolento is available for travel throughout Japan for:
— Destination fashion and editorial shoots
— Multi-city brand campaigns
— Location scouting and production planning across regions
— Video production for national or regional campaigns
Clients based outside Japan often work with local or international teams. For these clients, a single experienced photographer who can coordinate shoots across multiple Japanese cities means they don’t need to hire separate local crews in each location.
A Photographer Who Knows the Country
Rolento adapts each production to its location while keeping a consistent visual style across every city. This includes fashion editorials and architecture shoots in Tokyo, social media video content in Nagoya, and commercial shoots in Osaka’s business districts. Because of this range, Rolento has become a reliable choice for brands running campaigns that span multiple regions of Japan. In addition, Rolento knows where to find the right locations for any kind of shoot, whether that’s an outdoor setting or a fully equipped rental studio.
