Where do the youth in Japan, particularly in Tokyo, eat sushi?
Kura Sushi is a conveyor belt sushi brand that gain popularity among youths in Japan in recent years. This shop is also where I worked as a part timer before. The menu, deco and experience are all designed with youths as target consumer in mind.
